Day-to-day coordination and planning in support of the captain and owner. A steady shore-side reference point, helping prioritise issues, coordinate decisions, and maintain continuity as conditions change.
Planned Maintenance & PMS Oversight
Oversight of planned maintenance programmes, including PMS structure, intervals, and reporting. We do not replace the technical team or dictate tasks — we ensure systems are coherent, realistic, and aligned with operational use and budget.
Technical & Yard Period Coordination
Planning and coordination of refits, yard periods, and specialist works. Support with scope definition, sequencing, and decision-making so works remain controlled, documented, and aligned with priorities.
Financial Oversight & Reporting
Budget oversight, invoice review, approval workflows, and reporting — designed to give owners meaningful visibility without unnecessary detail or noise.
Owner Representation
Independent representation when direct owner involvement is not practical or desired. Liaison with captains, yards, suppliers, and advisors to keep decisions aligned with the owner’s intentions.
