Our approach is deliberately measured. We focus on clarity, continuity, and judgement — bringing structure where it is useful, and staying out of the way where it is not.
Engagements are defined with clear scope and boundaries. Decisions are documented, responsibilities are explicit, and communication is kept concise and purposeful.
Supporting the Captain
108 Yacht management does not replace command or interfere with day-to-day seamanship. Our role is to support the captain with coordination, continuity, and an informed shore-side counterpart — particularly where complexity increases or owner involvement needs to be buffered.
Owner Alignment
We work in the owner’s interest, with independence from brokers, yards, or suppliers. Recommendations are made on suitability and context, not incentives.
Continuity & Perspective
Yachts change hands, crews rotate, and contractors come and go. 108 Yacht management provides continuity across those transitions — maintaining context, institutional memory, and a long-term view that supports better decision-making over time.
Our involvement is selective and proportionate, allowing us to remain engaged without becoming intrusive.
